Like most people, I didn’t just ignore it—I tried to fix it in every way I could think of, cutting out dairy, reducing carbs, experimenting with different diets, trying detox drinks, digestive teas, and random probiotics that promised quick results, but while some of these solutions seemed to help for a short time, the results never lasted, and I would eventually find myself back in the same cycle of bloating and discomfort. Looking back, I realized that I wasn’t actually addressing the root of the problem, I was just temporarily managing symptoms, and that’s why nothing truly stuck.
